The use of the e-Application system (the System) does not change the legal status of both parties in the normal course of business nor alter terms and conditions of any other agreements between the parties, if any, unless otherwise stated.
The Intermediary assumes the responsibility of safekeeping the User ID and Password (wherever these words appear herein mean and include the initial User ID and Password stated above, new ones assigned by the Company for whatever reason, or passwords amended by the Intermediary from time to time) and cannot release them to any third party other than their authorized staff.
A policy is issued through the System by using the User ID and Password is deemed to be issued by the Intermediary who is responsible for settling the premium due under the policy. The Intermediary assumes the consequence or any financial loss of misuse or unauthorized use of the System by any person and will indemnify the Company for any loss, claims, demands, expenses and other liabilities incurred by the Company in connection with the misuse or unauthorized use of the System by using the User ID or Password assigned by the Company.
The Intermediary may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or transmit for whatever purpose all or any portion of the System.
The Intermediary understands and agrees that the authorization of use of the System does not transfer any license, copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property right possessed by the Company.
